How to change the menu
Place the menu cover on the table. Open it.
Firmly press down on the black spine bar — from the top or bottom — and slide it out.
Take your printed menu sheets. Align them, grip the bottom left corner, and slide them into the spine from the top. Now just insert the spine back into the cover. Done.
